Jackies Java

Born in 2004, Jackie's Java was the dream of a college student. School by day, teaching herself to roast beans at night, and selling her fresh roasted coffee at farmers markets on the weekends- it was a busy few years! Jackie graduated with a business degree and has turned her passion for great coffee into a full time business. She ran the company by herself for 16 years and finally sold it in September 2020 to a local Fort Collins couple named Chris and Stefanie. We have a passion for small business and are committed to continuing Jackie's legacy of delicious, small-batch roasted to order coffee!

We supply Whole Foods Market, Natural Grocers, and many other high-end retailers, offices, and restaurants with our coffees. We still roast all of our beans in super small 32 lb (max) batches, fill the bags by hand, and pour lots of love into each coffee. All of our coffees are roasted to order and post-roast blended so that they are unbelievably fresh and each bean is roasted to it's full potential. We promise you will taste the difference!

We source many of our coffees directly from small farmers. Unlike other roasters who make this claim, we actually travel to countries of origin, drive around knocking on doors, and meet face to face with farmers. "Not only do we find the absolute best coffees by doing this, we also ensure that the farmers are getting a fair price, that sustainability efforts are being made, and we are being as eco-friendly and responsible as possible".
